What is free, exactly?
The first three lessons of every course (sometimes the three that show best what the course is about), with no card and no time limit. You only pay to unlock the rest of a course.
How much does a course cost?
149 DH per course. You can also get a course free by inviting friends.
How do I pay?
In the app, tap Unlock on a course: the support chat opens with the price and how to pay (Bank transfer, Wafacash / Cash Plus, CIH Mobile / cash deposit, Cash in person). Pay, send a photo of the receipt in the chat, and the team unlocks the course, usually within 30 minutes between 09:00 and 23:00.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: within 7 days of paying, as long as you have watched less than 20% of the course. Ask in the support chat.
How do I get a course free?
Share your invite link from the app. A friend counts once they have signed up with your code, confirmed their email and watched one free lesson to the end. 3 friends who count = one course of your choice. Up to 10 friends count each month.
Can I watch on several phones?
Your account is active on one phone at a time. If you change phone, the app moves your account to the new one; if you moved it less than 14 days ago, the team checks the request first.
In which language are the courses?
The app is in Arabic, French and English. Lessons are taught the way the modules are taught at university, with the French terms you will see in the exam.
What are exam sessions?
Live sessions before the exam, working through a module’s past papers, with the recording afterwards. They are announced in the app a few weeks before each exam period.
