How it works

Exam sessions

A live session before the exam, working through a module’s past papers. The recording stays yours.

Each session has its own price, shown in the app when it is announced.

Payment

How payment works

Why not a card? Most students do not have one that works online. A receipt in a chat works for everyone, and every payment stays in one place with its receipt.

  1. 1

Tap Unlock on a course in the app. The support chat opens with the price.

  2. 2

Pay the way that suits you: Bank transfer, Wafacash / Cash Plus, CIH Mobile / cash deposit, Cash in person.

  3. 3

Send a photo of the receipt in the chat. The team usually confirms it within 30 minutes, from 09:00 to 23:00, every day.

Refunds

Changed your mind? Within 7 days of paying, and as long as you have watched less than 20% of the course, ask in the support chat and you are refunded.

When does a friend count?

  1. 1They sign up with your link or code.
  2. 2They confirm their email.
  3. 3They watch one free lesson to the end.

Up to 10 friends count each month; the next ones count the month after.
